Job Summary – Analyst / Senior Analyst (2–4 Years Experience)

We are seeking early -career Competitive Intelligence (CI) professionals to join our growing Strategy & Insights team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience and exposure to a specific therapy area—preferably Immunology.

In this role, you will support the development of strategic insights by analyzing clinical, scientific, and market data to inform business decisions. You will collaborate with cross -functional teams to deliver competitive assessments, landscape analyses, and timely intelligence across the product lifecycle. You will also leverage AI -enabled tools and analytics platforms to enhance research efficiency and insight generation while contributing to high -quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate has foundational experience in competitive intelligence, analytics, or consulting, along with familiarity with industry databases such as Citeline, AlphaSense, Cortellis, and Evaluate Pharma. A structured approach to problem -solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are important for success in this role.

Candidates who can join immediately or within a 1 -month notice period will be preferred.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, synthesize, and interpret clinical, scientific, and competitive intelligence from diverse secondary sources
  
• Support market, pipeline, and landscape analyses to inform strategic decision -making
  
• Track competitor activities, clinical developments, and emerging trends within assigned therapy areas
  
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve research efficiency and insight generation
  
• Develop clear, insight -driven reports, trackers, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  
• Contribute to actionable recommendations under guidance from senior team members
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to support the integration of insights into business discussions
  
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of outputs
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, M.Pharm., M.Tech., or equivalent) is a plus
  
• 2–4 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, analytics, or consulting within pharma/biotech/healthcare
  
• Exposure to a therapy area such as Immunology preferred
  
• Familiarity with industry databases such as Citeline, AlphaSense, Cortellis, and Evaluate Pharma
  
• Basic understanding of AI/GenAI tools and data analytics platforms is an advantage
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem -solving skills with attention to detail
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment
