Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform Regular credit analysis of the portfolio with detailed credit write-up of both standalone and/ or groups of companies as required.
• The credit write-up includes business (operating), industry, and financial analysis (including company financials and performance to plan analysis) to assess the creditworthiness of our customers while keeping track of the latest developments, including analyzing regional, sector-specific, environmental, and other financial data to assess and mitigate credit risk.
• Evaluate the performance of our customers based on historical data and capture the parameters from external rating agencies, which include analysis of financial statements, ratios, cash flow, etc.
• Regularly work and assess the customer risk category based on predetermined parameters.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and ensure 100% completeness of the Credit Process.
• Adhere to and comply with the company policies and procedures.
• Complete monthly trend and portfolio management analysis via defined reports, as well as using knowledge, experience, and observation to determine if new analysis is needed. Communicate the results of portfolio analysis to the management.
• Communicate (in a defined format) exceptions, trends, concerns, and conclusions of the Credit Risk associated with the management.
• Explore opportunities for standardization and automation in the existing process.
• Drive CI initiatives across the process and communicate weaknesses identified to the management, and work on process improvements.
• Experience and exposure to various data analytical tools would be a plus.
• Open for support on additional assignments or special projects as requested by the management.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
