The Cognitive Data & Analytics (C-DnA) team operates at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and cognitive/AI solutions. We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Analyst (I6) with strong data engineering and application development experience to help us grow the core, modernize our engineering practices, and capture new growth within the service parts domain. What you’ll achieve: 

As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze telemetry and pipeline metrics, maintain reporting, and assist engineers in tuning data processes. You will contribute to incident reviews by preparing evidence, timelines, and remediation tracking. You will help mature operational processes through data quality, documentation, and automation.

You will: 

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models across SQL, Teradata, and cloud platforms to support high-volume business operations and ensure data quality, integrity, and performance.
• Build and maintain data-driven applications, APIs, automation solutions, and reporting tools that streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support production deployments and issue resolution.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, perform data and system analysis, provide actionable recommendations, and communicate insights through clear documentation and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern engineering practices, supporting modernization and migration initiatives, contributing to team knowledge sharing, operational excellence, governance, and production support.

Essential Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 5–6 years of experience in data engineering, application development, data analysis, or similar technical roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL (SQL Server, Teradata), ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, data integration, and data quality analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages (Java, C#, Scala) with experience building automation solutions, APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Git, CI/CD pipelines, bulk data processing, performance optimization, and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and deliver reliable end-to-end solutions.

Desirable Requirements 

• Experience in logistics, repair operations, or related operational domains, along with exposure to cloud technologies and certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate, Google Certified Data Engineer, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, modern automation and analytical technologies, and a strong commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
