## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm Support India Private Limited\n\n## Job Area:\n\nFinance \u0026 Accounting Group, Finance \u0026 Accounting Group \u003e Finance\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nHiring Title: Senior Analyst, Finance\n\nLocation : Delhi\n\nJob Overview:\n\n * Business Operations lead to support India region - Pipeline, Consumption Revenue, drive new business initiatives, HQ Reporting, Market Analysis and collaborate with RP, Business Development and Marketing team. \n * Drive business reviews with Regional President (RP) for India business\n * Partner with marketing team to track marketing spend, programs, ROI, new business strategy and operations reviews and support\n * Consumption market analysis and insights for RP and San Diego HQ teams \u2013 Smartphones, Compute, IoT, Auto markets\n * Partner with business development team for new business proposals, ROI, key data points and analysis for business meetings\n * Perform additional ad hoc market \u0026 strategic analysis from time to time.\n * Manage budget vs actuals for business and finance spends\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * 6+ years relevant industry experience in business finance, business operations\n * Experience in working with management, business \u0026 marketing teams\n * Excellent Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills\n * Ability to provide insights on India Consumption Market and present to management\n * Planning \u0026 prioritization of work assigned\n * Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools \u2013 Tableau, Power BI etc.\n * Flexible for evening calls for HQ reviews on regular basis.\n * Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\n\n\nEducation Requirements:\n\n * Masters in Business Administration in Finance, and/or Business analytics from reputed B-school, or CA\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree. \n\u2022 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. \n \n*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master\u2019s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
