The Senior Analyst, HR Technology plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital evolution of the HR function as part of the APAC HR Transformation Program. This role is responsible for facilitating alignment, leading project delivery, championing change management, ensuring evidence of success, and identifying technology\u2011enabled opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience across HR \u0026 Centers of Excellence (CoEs).\n\nReporting into the HR Transformation Director APAC, this role also collaborates closely with the Global HR Technology partner to identify and deliver technology-enabled solutions that advance HR business processes and regional priorities. By combining a strong understanding of HR processes with technology and market awareness including automation, workflow platforms, AI\u2011driven tools, and emerging digital solutions the role ensures that identified opportunities are both impactful and feasible within the APAC and Global HR Technology landscape.\n\n \n\nResponsibilities \n\n \n\n1) Opportunity Identification \u0026 Technology Scanning\n\n * Conduct structured assessments of current HR processes to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, manual work drivers, and scalability constraints.\n * Continuously scan the market for relevant HR technologies (e.g., workflow tools, automation platforms, AI solutions, knowledge management tools, case management systems).\n * Evaluate how emerging technologies \u2014 including generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics \u2014 can enable simplification, standardization, and improved employee/manager experience.\n * Partners with organization design leads and process leads in identifying areas where technology can play a meaningful role in future state design.\n\n\n\n \n\n2) Feasibility \u0026 Solution Assessment\n\n * Review existing tools within the tech ecosystem (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) to determine whether needs can be addressed through current platforms or new capabilities.\n * Assess technological feasibility, integration considerations, system dependencies, and readiness for HR processes shortlisted for digital improvement.\n * Provide structured recommendations outlining potential technology options, strengths/limitations, risk considerations, and alignment with global HR systems roadmap.\n * Drive the design of an APAC HR IT technology roadmap that sets the course for the future of HR technology and innovation\n * Drive the creation of business cases to quantify effort reduction, cost avoidance, efficiency benefits, or experience improvements enabled by technology.\n\n\n\n \n\n3) Cross-Functional Collaboration\n\n * Work closely with process owners to ensure opportunities align with harmonized to-be processes.\n * Partner with HR, CoEs and business leaders to design and implement effective, standardized, scalable HR processes.\n * Collaborate with Global HR Technology partners to address regional challenges and deliver APAC technology initiatives.\n * Champion HR policies, processes, and technologies that drive measurable improvements.\n * Promote and uphold global HR technology principles, standards, and governance.\n\n\n\n \n\n4) Change Leadership \u0026 Adoption\n\n * Partner with the Change Management workstream to translate technology opportunities into user-friendly narratives.\n * Provide technical input to inform and shape the overall change management approach. \n * Actively support planning and execution of change management activities with key stakeholder groups.\n\n\n\n \n\n5) Additional Responsibilities\n\n * Responsible and/or accountable for any additional duties or areas of responsibility as assigned by the Director, HR Transformation.\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering, or a related field.\n * Certification in Project Management (PMP), Change Management (Prosci), Lean Six Sigma, CIPD/SHRM is added advantage \n * Require 5\u20136+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR systems, digital transformation, or process optimization within complex regional or multi\u2011country environment.\n * Specialized expertise in HR processes and systems, including tools such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and automation platforms.\n * Strong experience in business process mapping, transformation, and continuous improvement in HR processes or CoE like Talent Acquisition, Total rewards, etc.\n * Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem\u2011solving capabilities with an ability to work across multiple stakeholders.\n * Strong communication skills with understanding of HR CoEs, their processes, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non\u2011technical audiences.\n * Experience in HR transformation programs or digital/automation initiatives strongly preferred.\n\n\n\n \n\nApplicants are encouraged to highlight any relevant HR transformation technology projects including the specific role you played and the impact of the contributions. \n\n \n\n \n\nRequisition ID: 627175\n\nAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most \u2013 united by a deep caring for human life.
