## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nMaintain and update technology and platform solutions in Eaton\u0027s Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. Focused on maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on support of all IAM applications: Azure and Modern Identity Governance Solution \n\"1. Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, recovers and monitors various technology (Azure, IGA,etc) applications/platform-related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis and executes the standard Problem Management process. \n2\\. Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate. Identifies gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery. \n3\\. Works with resources across functions to deliver technology and platform solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options and highlighting operational or security risks \n4\\. Tunes and configures technologies and platforms to meet customer and operational requirements \n5\\. Coordinates and regularly updates technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security \n6\\. Support access provisioning and certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.\" \n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience \nMinimum of 6 years in Identity and Access Management \n \n\n\n## Skills:\n\n\"Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Must be proficient in cloud access management tools. Experience/exposure with support of Azure Identity or/and Modern Identity Governance Solution. \nMust Have Experience In: \n\u2022 SSO, MFA, device trust, UD, profile mastering, application assignment, expression language, admin roles and permissions \n\u2022 Implementing and troubleshooting SAML and OIDC/Oauth integrations \n\u2022 Managing hybrid identity \u0026 Guest access with Azure AD including permission management, authentication methods and Azure AD roles management in PIM. \n\u2022 Configure Azure AD SSO using Modern auth protocols-SAML and OIDC/Oauth \n\u2022 Modern SSO standards and ability to describe their flows/characteristics \n\u2022 Active Directory administration and integration, including an understanding of group nesting, multi-domain forests, universal groups \n\u2022 LDAP standards (search syntax, DIT, etc..) \n\u2022 Techniques for managing privileged access \n\u2022 Azure Identity Governance Access Reviews, Access packages, log analysis and reporting \n\u2022 Azure AD Connect sync rules and write back \n\u2022 Understanding of M365 license types and Azure AD premium P2 \n\u2022 Good to have PowerShell and Graph API knowledge \n\u2022 Directory Server (AD or LDAP) \n \nNice To Have Experience in: \n\u2022 Integration to Identity Governance solutions (Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc..) \n\u2022 MS Teams and Exchange Online Exposure \n\u2022 Directory Server (AD or LDAP) \n\u2022 IaaS / PaaS access management \n\u2022 ServiceNow integrations though API \n\u2022 ITIL certification or knowledge of best practices \n\u2022 Identity Governance topics like identity lifecycle, role-based access, ABAC, certification, access request workflows, SoD, audit\" \n\"\u2022 Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely \n\u2022 Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal) \n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n\u2022 Time Management\"\n
