Your Role:

 The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience with LabWare LIMS, including requirements gathering, system configuration, customization, validation, and production support. The role involves analysing business needs, collaborating with laboratory and IT stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving process improvements to enhance laboratory operations. Experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) systems and laboratory informatics integrations is considered a strong advantage. 

Who You Are: 

You are a skilled LabWare LIMS professional with experience in system configuration, support, and enhancements. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with laboratory and business teams to deliver effective LIMS solutions. Experience with ELN systems is an added advantage.

Basic/ Minimum Qualifications:  

• 5+ years of experience working with LabWare LIMS.  


• Proven experience in LabWare configuration, customization, and support activities.  


• Strong Oracle/database skills and experience in regulated laboratory environments (GxP/Pharma/Life Sciences preferred) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

•  5+ years of hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS, including configuration, customization, integration, and support.  


• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, sample management, instrument integration, and database concepts (SQL).  


• Experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) solutions is a significant advantage, particularly in integration and support within laboratory environments.  


• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, including participation in shift rotations and on-call support when required.  


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to LIMS, ELN, and integrated systems.  


• Implement and support LabWare LIMS configurations, workflows, and instrument integrations and other system integrations like SAP. 


• Collaborate with global business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.  


• Design, create, and customize ELN templates and associated functionalities nice to have skills 


• Continuously learn and adopt new LabWare features, modules, and related technologies.
