About the role
We are seeking an attorney to perform the legal review and support negotiation of English language contracts between WTW entities and clients, carriers and suppliers. These contracts will include, Master Services Agreements, Scopes of Work, Disclaimer and Release Letters, Tenders, Software Agreements, Data Privacy Agreements, and Business Associate Agreements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Graduate (Bachelor of Laws)
Skills:
At least four years’ experience in reviewing and supporting negotiation of services or software contracts from a sell-side and/or buy-side perspective, in accordance with templates, playbooks and guidelines.
Ability to apply critical thinking when dealing with unusual or complex reviews.
Excellent command over written and spoken English, and confidence in drafting both contractual terms and explanations of WTW’s position.
Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
Experience of contracting under United States and/or English law.
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks.
Ability to learn new processes and systems.
Experience in working with internal clients on risk analysis of the contractual terms.
Highly organised, yet flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Should be a quick learner and a good team player with excellent people skills.
Previous experience in a financial services or other corporate environment is an advantage.
