Senior Architect

Experience required 3- 6 yrs, preferably in Housing or Hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

• PROJECT LEAD (Oversee design development, detailed engineering upto site execution)
• Effective communication and formal representation to clients & coordination with consultants/subconsultants.
• Lead the development of creative and functional designs that align with client needs and firm standards.
• Getting prepared, reviewing and issuing GFC drawings on site.
• Reviewing tender documents & BOQ’s.
• Develop strategic action plans for projects, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues
• Oversee the progress of multiple projects, track timelines, and ensure that work aligns with design intent and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CAD  tools knowledge of BIM / REVIT is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
