What you’ll do
Provides technical customer support to partners or end-consumer customers via mail, mantis (support tracking tool), WebEx or phone including: Responding to complex technical inquiries (e.g., product troubleshooting, information on compatibility with storage and devices, report generation, setup issues etc.)
Customer server management on cloud
Create on-demand product documentation
Create and maintain product knowledge base
Create and manage product Demo servers
Provide product features and troubleshooting training to partners and customers
Develop new product reports
Gather requirements from customers or partners
Define the specification of requirements
Reviewing the specification
Involvement with QA and dev team while feature development
UAT every released feature
Review product documentation
Guide the team members and managing team efficiently
