1. Role Purpose 

The Senior Architect drives the architectural design of projects — from design development through construction documentation. This role requires both design sensibility and technical rigour, ensuring that the architectural intent is beautifully conceived and precisely buildable. 

2. Key Responsibilities 
• Lead architectural design development for assigned projects 
• Prepare and review architectural drawings — plans, sections, elevations, and details 
• Develop construction documentation packages — GFC drawings, schedules, specifications 
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for design integration 
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals for architectural elements 
• Conduct site visits to verify architectural execution quality 
• Guide and review work of junior architects and draftspersons in the team 
• Participate in client design presentations and respond to design queries

3. Key Result Areas (KRAs) 
• Drawing delivery: All architectural drawings issued per programme — zero delays to site 
• Quality: Zero site-rejected drawings due to design errors 
• Coordination: All consultant coordination completed before GFC drawing issue 

4. Must-Have Qualifications 
• 5+ years of architectural design experience 
• High-rise residential experience mandatory 
• B.Arch qualification 
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit / BIM preferred 
• Strong detailing skills — facades, joinery, material interfaces 

5. Good-to-Have Qualifications 
• M.Arch or advanced design qualification 
• Luxury residential portfolio 
• Experience with LEED / sustainable design 

6. Key Competencies

• AutoCAD / Revit — expert 
• Construction detailing knowledge
