Job Title: Senior Associate - Verizon Process (International Voice)

  • Rotational shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support for Verizon services in an international voice process.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Meet quality and performance metrics on calls.
• Maintain professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and performance.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Previous experience in an international voice process.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle dynamic work environments.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven.
