Job Description - Senior Associate

Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met. Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Specialists. Work Location: Bangalore / Kolkata Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA Excellent communication skills. Sound technical knowledge with respect to Australian Individual taxes. Should have experience reviewing Australia Tax Returns for least 12-18 months. Should have prior experience interacting with Foreign offices and assignees.
