Requirements

alliant is seeking a highly motivated Account
Associate – Accounts Receivable to
join our team.  The Account Associate
will play a key part in supporting alliant’s Client Account Associate team’s
outreach on receivables and driving escalations to ensure timely payment for
services rendered. The focus will be on delivering exceptional internal support.

This position requires a strong ability to analyze
account discrepancies, prioritize and strategize account escalations, and
collaborate closely with our highly-focused and driven Client Account
Associates (CAAs) team to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Use proven strategies to generate escalations for the
Client Account Associate team to secure timely client payments

·       Prepare detailed account reconciliations for completed
projects and services rendered

·       Research and resolve client billing issues as part of the
reconciliation process

·       Develop and implement process improvements to enhance
escalation efficiency (e.g., Past Due Emails, Letters, Finance Charges)

·       Collaborate with team members to foster a high-performing,
solutions-oriented environment

Qualifications:

·       Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational
skills

·       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to
effectively coordinate with Client Account Associate team

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
Outlook)

·       Experience using Adobe tools for document management and
communication
