Job Title: Senior Associate – Workflow Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflows using n8n
  
• Configure and manage workflow automation across tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Outlook
  
• Develop and maintain JavaScript -based automation scripts
  
• Integrate multiple systems, APIs, and enterprise tools (CRM, HRMS, etc.)
  
• Automate email workflows, notifications, and document management processes
  
• Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and integration issues
  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
  
• Ensure proper documentation of workflows and integrations
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workflow automation or backend development
  
• Strong hands -on experience with n8n workflow automation
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript
  
• Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and Outlook integrations
  
• Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks)
  
• Experience with system integrations across multiple platforms
  
• Good understanding of automation tools and enterprise applications
  
• Strong problem -solving and debugging skills
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
