Job Description & Summary

We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.

Role: Looking for dynamic professionals with hands on experience of implementing Industry 4.0
initiatives
in discrete and process manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities and resources, retail and healthcare
sectors. Candidate must have 5+ years of relevant experience of digitizing shop floor operations,
technology due diligence, designing solutions, preparing technology roadmap, managing vendors and
internal teams, managing implementation and leading RFP response. Prior experience in a client facing
role is a must. Prior experience in technology consulting will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification: BE / BTech. Master’s degree preferred
Years of experience: 7 to 10 years
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai
Expectations:
a. Hands on experience in Process automation in Industrial sector
b. Must have good understanding of emerging tech like MES, IIoT, Manufacturing metrices
c. Should have done min 02 Factory connect project from concept to commissioning
d. Willingness to do factory visits and work with delivery teams
e. Exposure to any leading platform is a must
f. Should be familiar with IIoT/IoT, Cognitive computing, Machine Intelligence and Cloud
computing (Private and Public) and Data Science
g. Should be familiar with technology due diligence, gap analysis, benchmarking and solutioning
methodologies
h. Should have ability to participate in large development programs, working with equipment
and systems builders and providing back end solutions meeting performance, cost, timeline,
and capability requirements.
i. Should be comfortable working in both Engineering and IT space, ability to help facilitate
collaboration across organizational barriers.
j. Adept at working in environments with significant ambiguity and an ability to explore and drive
to clear requirements
k. Able to interact effectively with customers and staff
