Job Description - Senior Associate - ABL

We are looking for a
dynamic and motivated professional to join our growing Portfolio Management
Group. The primary responsibility of the role is to work closely with clients
to manage and monitor private credit transactions across structured finance
domains, spanning diverse asset classes such as corporate credit investments,
ABS, RMBS, CRE etc. This role requires a strong understanding of private credit
investments like commercial lending, structured finance, and financial
analysis, coupled with the ability to lead teams and deliver client -centric
solutions using our proprietary platform.

1. Client
Engagement:

Collaborate with clients across geographies to monitor the performance
of private credit transactions, including corporate credit investments and
asset -backed securities (ABS).
Work on structured finance portfolios backed by Auto Loans, Credit Card
Loans, RMBS Loans, etc
Engage with clients to understand complex requirements and ensure timely
delivery of solutions.

2. Portfolio
Onboarding and Monitoring:

Oversee the onboarding of clients’ investment portfolios, ensuring
seamless integration on Oxane’s proprietary platform.
Conduct detailed analysis of financial data like covenants, borrowing base
reports, investor reports and other key metrics.
Review financial documents, including credit agreements, amendments, and
servicing reports.

3. Process
and Project Management:

Establish robust processes and quality -check systems for delivering accurate
portfolio analysis, monitoring and validations solutions
Coordinate timelines and deliverables with clients and internal IT teams
for successful transaction setup and ongoing monitoring.
Track and report on monthly data management processes.

4. Team
Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, setting clear goals,
delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance.
Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while driving
operational efficiency.

5. Technical
Expertise:

Demonstrate a sound understanding of structured finance, corporate
credit, and portfolio financing processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best
practices to ensure innovative client solutions.

Requirements

Proficiency
in financial analysis and familiarity with financial documents and data in
private credit.
Excellent
client management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven
leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
Strong
organizational skills with a focus on process improvements and attention to
detail.
Ability to coordinate with cross -functional
teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Master’s
degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
6+ years
of experience in Private credit, Structured Finance, Credit Analysis or related
fields.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Credit, ABS, RMBS,
CRE, and other private credit asset classes.
