Job Description - Senior Associate Accounts

As a Senior Associate in our Accounts department, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, along with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

â Handle end -to -end e -commerce accounting, including sales, returns, discounts, commissions, and taxes across multiple online channels.

â Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e -commerce sales reports (channel -wise/store -wise/product -wise).

â Consolidate sales and settlement data from various sales channels & marketplaces.

â Perform inventory accounting including GRN posting, stock transfers, transfer orders, and stock adjustments.

â Conduct inventory audits at warehouses/stores; prepare audit reports and ensure correction of variances.

â Reconcile payment gateway settlements (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.) with sales reports and bank statements; track short/failed/refund cases.

â Work on OMS for orders, invoicing, and ensuring correct flow from order to accounting entry.

â Manage PO creation and procurement via OMS; coordinate with vendors for bills, credit notes, and payments.

â Understand POS/physical store sales and ensure accurate accounting of cash/card/UPI collections.

â Travel within and outside the city for audits, process checks, and on -ground verification.

Requirements

â Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

â 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

â Accounting & Reconciliation, E -commerce Accounting

â Inventory Management, Stock Audit

â GST Basics, Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

â Order Management Systems (OMS)

â Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

â Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.

â Detail -oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

â Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CTC: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
