Senior Associate - Bench Maintenance

Delivery of existing and upcoming projects :

1. Maintenance of Test Benches &
Fixtures

·       Perform preventive and breakdown
maintenance of functional test benches, and assembly fixtures.

·       Troubleshoot issues in PCBA test
systems, wiring harnesses, connectors, relays, SMPS, and embedded controllers.

·       Ensure minimum downtime in testing
stations.

2. Support to Production &
Testing

3. Calibration & Validation

·       Calibrate and validate electronic
test benches, measuring instruments, and fixtures.

·       Ensure compliance with ISO /
customer -specific quality standards.

·       Maintain traceability of calibration
records and audit readiness.

4. Fixture Development &
Improvement

·       Assist in design and modification of
functional test jigs,

·       Work with design/R&D teams for
DFT (Design for Testability) improvements.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

·       A bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics
Engineering or equivalent of the same in practical experience.

·       3 -5 years of experience

·       Strong background in problem solving and time
management  

Desirable Skills and Experience

·       Highly
motivated self -starter.

·       In -depth technical knowledge of
electricity systems, power quality, and metering infrastructure.
