We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Resiliency to join our Markets LOB Hub team. This role is in Pune, MH - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Develop, maintain, and update business continuity plans for assigned business areas, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Support disaster recovery exercises, including planning, coordination, and execution, to ensure the organization's readiness to respond to various disaster scenarios. Serve as the primary point of contact for incident management during crises, coordinating responses, and ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with business units, technology teams, and other key stakeholders to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology. 5-8 years of experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and incident management, preferably within the financial services industry. Knowledge of business resiliency frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various levels of the organization. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
