Senior Associate - CAS

What you’ll be doing:

CRM Management (DealCloud):

·       Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity by
migrating legacy information into DealCloud.

·       Enrich CRM records accurate, up -to -date investor
and client information.

·       Ensure seamless tracking of interactions,
meetings, and outreach activities.

Investor Outreach & Event
Support:

·       Partner with clients to identify and reach out
to investor leads.

·       Execute customized mailing campaigns to capture
investor interest and engagement.

·       Record and track all outreach activities,
responses, and outcomes within CRM.

Data & Reporting:

·       Generate insights and reports from CRM to
support leadership decision -making.

·       Monitor engagement metrics and recommend
improvements for outreach strategies

Requirements

What are we looking for:

·       3+ years of hands -on experience with CRM
platforms, preferably DealCloud.

·       Strong background in data migration, enrichment,
and CRM optimization.

·       Excellent communication skills for investor
outreach and client collaboration.

·       Ability to manage event -related tasks with
precision and professionalism.

·       Detail -oriented with strong organizational and
reporting skills.
