As the newest addition to the Trimont group, TriVinna introduces a modern loan servicing software platform that streamlines operations, increases transparency, and provides clients and partners with actionable insights. Leveraging Trimont’s access to approximately 11% of all U.S. commercial real estate lending data, TriVinna integrates market-leading analytics, robust portfolio management tools, and a high-touch customer support model. This comprehensive approach enables clients to make informed decisions, manage risk effectively, and achieve greater efficiency and performance in commercial real estate loan servicing.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in building a next-generation SaaS platform for commercial real estate loan servicing. You will work with cross-functional teams to help deliver high quality features and a best-in-class platform.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.


• Guide team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.


• Ensure team follows agile principles and practices.


• Coach team on agile estimation, velocity tracking and capacity planning.


• Remove impediments and blockers that prevent team progress


• Shield team from external distractions and context switching.


• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency


• Track and analyse team metrics


• Facilitate communication between development teams and product management


• Ensure transparency of team progress through effective reporting.

• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters for cross-team alignment in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.


•  5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.


• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).


• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.


• Strong servant-leadership and coaching mindset.


• Experience using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).


• Knowledge of Scrum artifacts and Agile metrics.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech, financial services or regulated industries


• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification.


• Experience in SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.


• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.


• Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).


• Understanding of Lean principles and value stream mapping.
