Senior Associate Consultant

Job Title: Senior Associate Consultant - ServiceNow

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  

• Work extensively on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
  

• Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using widgets, UI scripts, and client scripts.
  

• Implement and support ServiceNow GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
  

• Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, script includes, and integrations.
  

• Integrate ServiceNow with third -party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  

• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications.
  

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  

• Ensure best practices, governance, and security standards are followed during development.
  

• Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization.
  

• Hands -on experience in Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JavaScript).
  

• Experience working with ServiceNow GRC modules.
  

• Good knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows.
  

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  

• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.
  

• Experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
  

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
