Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Content Moderation (Hindi) to ensure that all user-generated and platform content adheres to Seekho’s quality, safety, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is proficient in Hindi, has sharp analytical and decision-making skills, and is passionate about creating positive and safe digital learning spaces.

This role will work closely with the Content Ops, Learning, and Community teams, while also supporting process improvements and junior moderators as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Content Review & Quality Control

• Review, screen, and moderate Hindi content across formats (text, audio, video, microlearning modules).
• Ensure all content meets Seekho’s quality, language, tone, and brand guidelines.
• Flag, remove, or escalate inappropriate or harmful content as per defined policies.

Safety, Compliance, & Policy Adherence

• Maintain adherence to platform content policies, legal requirements, and community guidelines.
• Identify potential risks such as misinformation, discriminatory content, or harmful behavior.
• Suggest improvements in moderation policies based on real-time issues and patterns.

Operational Excellence

• Track and report moderation metrics such as error rates, turnaround time, and content trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise content quality and user experience.
• Support content audits and periodic reviews during product updates or content spikes.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Provide guidance and support to junior moderators when needed.
• Participate in training sessions, calibration meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Fluency in Hindi (reading, writing, speaking) with strong command over grammar and usage.
• Working proficiency in English for team communication.
• 3–5 years of experience in content moderation, content operations, or community management—preferably in edtech, social platforms, or digital media.
• Ability to review high volumes of content with accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools, ticketing systems, and workflow dashboards.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to remain objective, calm, and professional while reviewing sensitive content.
• Excellent judgment with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Hindi content curation, copy editing, or linguistic QA.
• Experience moderating video-based or micro-learning content.
• Understanding of Indian socio-cultural nuances and regional language variations.
