As a Senior Associate - Corporate Tech Strategy – Digital & AI, you will play a pivotal role in guiding corporate clients through the dynamic technology landscape. You will leverage strategic insight and digital fluency to align technology and AI strategies with business priorities, helping clients define transformation roadmaps and unlock business value through emerging technologies. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will specialize in developing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth and innovation, collaborating with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards. You will focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of business contexts, and inspiring teams to deliver quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support project delivery from scoping to conclusion, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop solutions. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, while strengthening your personal brand by deepening technical skills and navigating complex situations. Responsibilities

- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Developing and implementing technology strategies to drive business innovation and growth
- Designing multi-year digital and AI transformation roadmaps aligned with client priorities
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support strategic initiatives
- Utilizing quantitative analysis to derive insights from complex data sets
- Guiding the design of technology operating models and architecture modernization
- Supporting project delivery from scoping to conclusion with a focus on client goals
- Mentoring junior team members to deliver quality work and maintain professional standards
- Leveraging generative AI platforms to enhance efficiency and support data-driven analysis
- Conducting IT operating model assessments to derive meaningful business insights
- Developing IT sourcing strategies and managing vendor relationships effectively
- Designing enterprise architecture frameworks to align with business strategy and modernization
- Evaluating emerging technologies to strengthen business resilience and competitive advantage

What You Must Have

- At least a Master of Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
