We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead client engagements and manage long-term
relationships within the structured finance and commercial real estate (CRE) domain. The role
involves independently handling complex transactions, including development finance and
investor reporting, while overseeing multiple workstreams and reviewing team outputs for quality.
The candidate will provide strategic insights through data analysis to support client investment
decisions and contribute to enhancing internal platforms based on client and market feedback.
This position requires a deep understanding of CRE asset classes, coupled with strong financial
modelling and data visualization skills. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior team members
and play a key role in team development and performance management. A background in
investment banking or financial advisory, with 5–8 years of experience and an MBA or CFA
qualification, is preferred.
Roles and responsibilities
• Lead client interactions and manage long-term client relationships, act as the primary point
of contact for key accounts.
• Independently manage large projects or multiple workstreams simultaneously; oversee and
review work performed by co-team members.
• Handle CRE transactions, including development finance transactions, portfolio level
reporting, and investor reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis; support clients in making
investment or portfolio decisions.
• Assisting the team in monitoring a portfolio of syndicated transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in deliverables by reviewing and validating models, reports,
and dashboards; maintain high QC standards across the team.
• Contributing to talent acquisition and assisting managers in building the career path for the
junior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Oxane’s proprietary platform based on client
feedback and evolving market trends.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CRE asset classes, and its performance metrics.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modelling, and data visualization tools; ability to
manipulate large datasets.
• Ability to understand client business models and translate technical analysis into actionable
business insights.
• Proven ability to lead small teams, manage conflict, and align deliverables with strategic
goals.
• Strong ability to present complex data and insights to senior stakeholders, both internally
and externally.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
• Typically, 5–8 years of relevant experience with a background in CRE Industry; MBA or CFA
preferred
