As a Senior Associate - Deals Advisory - Deals Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your focus will be on maximizing value and providing strategic advice to help clients navigate these intricate processes. Within our Deals practice, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with post-merger integration and value realization, conducting valuations, and performing financial analysis to develop effective strategies.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will build meaningful client relationships and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Your role involves navigating ambiguity and using critical thinking to deliver quality work, while growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of deal integration and value realization, helping clients achieve their strategic goals. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the success of client engagements and enhancing the firm's reputation in the market.

Responsibilities

- Conducting valuations and financial analysis to support strategic advice in mergers and acquisitions
- Developing strategies for post-merger integration to maximize value realization for clients
- Navigating complex transactions and providing operational advice to enhance client outcomes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement business process improvements
- Engaging in synergy analysis to optimize operational performance management
- Leading initiatives in cost efficiency and reduction to drive value creation
- Managing client relationships and expectations throughout the deal lifecycle
- Utilizing analytical thinking to inform strategic leadership and decision-making
- Facilitating change management processes to support successful integration and transformation
- Conducting market research to inform M&A strategy and operational advice

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
