Job Description - Senior Associate - Facility Agent

The primary responsibility would involve working closely with clients for monitoring and reporting the performance of the financing transactions across various asset classes in Asset Backed Lending, Portfolio Financing across different geographies. He/she would be required to interact and coordinate with clients on deliverables pertaining to servicing of this investment and assisting with IPD, Financial Covenants, Financials, etc. Individuals will have an ownership of ongoing interaction with clients. The role requires technical skills and holistic understanding of the client businesses.

• Ownership of ongoing interaction with clients with regards to timelines, deliverables, and compliance of agreed SLAs.
• Work closely with the clients in supporting them for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various asset classes in structured finance.
• Keep an eye on scheduled events through the life of the loan: Interest Payment Date, Maturity Date.
• Supporting ongoing portfolio lifecycle management activities across structured finance transactions
• Monitoring of key covenants, and important KPIs
• Create and monitor monthly dashboards across transactions on Oxane’s proprietary platform.
• Ensure deliverables are sent timely along with highest quality.
• Leading daily interactions with the client regarding deliverables, onboard new transactions, meeting SLAs, etc.
• Initiating and driving transformation/efficiency/process improvement projects, including those with broader impact.
• Contributing to talent acquisition and assisting managers in building the career path for the junior team members.
• Presenting the analytics to clients to match their expectations

Requirements

Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel. Â§ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast -paced environment
Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance Â§ Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm
