Senior Associate - Finance Operations

Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for generating invoices, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and handling payment adjustments. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and client agreements.

GST Compliance:
- Calculate and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Keep abreast of GST regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.

TDS Management:
- Deduct and deposit TDS as per statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file TDS returns periodically.

Payment Adjustments:
- Reconcile accounts and manage payment adjustments as needed.
- Handle discrepancies in payments and resolve them promptly.

Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports related to invoicing, GST, and TDS.
- Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve queries related to invoices and payments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in invoicing, GST, TDS, and payment adjustments.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
