Senior Associate, Global Business Change

At a minimum hold a bachelor's degree preferred.3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Governance, Project Management, experience Experience within one or more of the asset servicing functions is preferred. Ability to take ambiguous topics and translate into actionable plans working with multiple business, operational and technical stakeholders. Preferred to have Project Management / Agile certifications including PMP, Prince2, CSM, PSM, etc. Talent for driving change. Ability to drive consensus and resolve conflicts across multiple parties. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Agile methods, User Story writing, and prioritization techniques. Ability to take ambiguous topics and translate into actionable plans working with multiple business, operational and technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Good time management to meet reporting deadlines and manage priorities.
