Senior Associate Knowledge & Solutions - Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for a CA with strong Direct Tax/Corporate Tax experience to manage tax research, technical advisory, knowledge management, corporate tax transactions, litigation support and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on complex Direct Tax, Corporate Tax and legal matters and provide practical technical solutions.


• Prepare technical opinions, tax alerts, regulatory updates, position papers and knowledge materials.


• Review tax notices/orders and assist in developing appropriate responses and strategies.


• Support corporate tax transactions, advisory assignments and litigation matters.


• Analyse tax laws, judgments, regulations and legislative developments and assess their business impact.


• Develop and maintain internal tax knowledge databases and support business development proposals.


• Collaborate with Partners and teams on complex client issues.


• Mentor junior team members and Trainee Articles and ensure quality delivery.


• Manage project timelines, priorities and team allocation.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified CA with relevant experience in Direct Tax / Corporate Tax / Tax Advisory.
  
  
  • Corporate tax transaction experience preferred; litigation experience is an advantage.
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, legal research and technical interpretation.
  
  
  • Excellent analytical, communication and client-management skills.
  
  
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
  
  • Experience with a Big 4 or reputed tax/advisory firm preferred.
