Senior Associate - Loan Servicing

This role will be a part of our growing Portfolio Management team and the
primary responsibility would involve
working on certain client engagements where Oxane is providing portfolio
management service or reporting
services to global institutional investors
investing in Structured Credit Products, loan portfolios, asset-backed financing, or securitization
transactions. The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with clients in assisting, monitoring, and reporting key metrics of their
investments. The role would entail researching across legal agreements, reviewing key metrics, and liaising with trustees and other parties.The incumbent would also be required to interact
and coordinate with the client on the performance of the assets and underlying collateral.

• Ownership of ongoing interaction
  with clients with regards to timelines, deliverables, and compliance of agreed
  SLAs
  
• Work closely with the clients in
  supporting them for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions
  across various asset classes in structured finance
  
• Helping the team in onboarding the
  client’s investment portfolio on Oxane’s proprietary platform. Review loan
  agreements, amendment documents, servicer reports, investor reports and other
  reports as required
  
• Keep an eye on scheduled events
  through the life of the loan: Interest Payment Date, Maturity Date
  
• Monitoring of key covenants, and
  important KPIs
  
• Create and monitor monthly
  dashboards across transactions on Oxane’s proprietary platform
  
• ​Ensure deliverables are
  sent timely along with highest quality leading daily interactions with the
  client regarding deliverables, onboarding new transactions, meeting SLAs, etc.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in financial modelling
  using MS Excel
  
• Ability to work independently and
  collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong communication skills -
  written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work well under
  pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
  
• Desired candidate must have
  graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance
  
• Prior experience with
  Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm, CRE
  Loan Servicing is preferable
