As a Senior Associate - OneStream Implementation, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy, analyzing client needs, and developing financial solutions to help clients optimize their financial performance. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations, assessing processes, and designing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Your work will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored solutions to optimize financial performance
- Implementing financial systems and process automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Providing guidance on financial shared services and improving internal controls
- Utilizing financial data mining and forecasting techniques to inform strategic decision-making
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes to support financial operations
- Conducting financial statement analysis and preparation to validate accurate reporting
- Collaborating with teams to design and implement financial strategies that align with client goals
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and deliver quality solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- End-to-end implementation of OneStream CPM/EPM projects

- 3-5 years of experience in OneStream with at-least 2-3 end-to-end project experience
- Excelling in financial data mining and analysis
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial statement preparation and review
- Utilizing financial forecasting to drive strategic decisions
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes effectively
- Implementing financial internal controls for operational excellence
- Navigating complex financial systems with agility
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in financial operations
