Role Specifics - Day in the Life
This is what the candidate will do daily. Candidates should read this
1. Responsible for running Acquisition Campaigns on performance channels like Google, Facebook, etc:
The core ownerships areas will be:
a. Strategy: Work with team to determine is clear strategy for Paid Acquisition
b. Creative + Messaging: Work with creative team to design the messaging, content and creative angle for the ads
c. Perfect Funnel: Work with teams to determine the whole funnel - Ads, Ads message, creative and landing pages
d. Execution: Setup the Ads
e. Monitoring on campaign impact: Daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns - win an inch everyday attitude. Tweak creatives, tweak spends, budgets, bids etc etc
f. Date obsession: Review the data daily to ensure we are meeting ROI goals.
g. Scale: Build for scale - be able to take the strategy and scale it
2. Own remarketing strategy via Google + Facebook + Other channels:
a. The core ownerships areas will be:
i. Strategy: Co-own the strategy for remarketing. Which segments to targets, budgets etc
ii. Creative + Messaging: Work with creative team to design the messaging, content and creative angle for the remarketing ads
iii. Perfect Funnel: Work with teams to determine the whole remarketing funnel - Ads, Ads message, creative and landing pages
iv. Execution: Setup the Ads
v. Monitoring on campaign impact: Daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns - win an inch everyday attitude
vi. Date obsession: Review the data daily to ensure remarketing strategy is yielding the objectives
3. Explore other Growth initiatives
There can be many other growth opportunities to explore. Being able to find new opportunities will be very important in this role

1. Should be able to demonstrate real experience in running profitable and ROI driven Acquisition campaigns on Google and Facebook
The candidate should be able to talk in detail
- Strategy for campaign

- How was ROI measured
- Data they were looking at
- Scale of the campaign
2. Strong in thinking about marketing and acquisition strategy:
The candidate should be able to talk about the marketing plan, positioning of the brand, the message to users
QUESTIONS TO ASK / HOW TO ASSESS
• Who approves the Content and Creatives - we are looking for people who take ownership. They might not write the final content but should be able to write simple Ad copies
• Who is your target customer (should have a sensible answer)
3. Should be able own the remarketing process
The candidate should be able to talk about what they are doing for remarketing
4. Data Obsessive
The right candidate needs to be data obsessive

• Explain how they are looking at data
• Ask them to show a sample of reports they look at daily?
• Should have a basic understanding of Branch / Appsflyer or any other MMP tool
