Job Description - Senior Associate - Planner

Roles and Responsibility:

Understand the Smart Metering Projects (AMI/MDM/HES) requirements.
Preparation of Pert Chart as per Project Schedule
Day to day coordination with sites (Manpower Development, Site Execution, Monitoring, Identify the critical path of project).
Prepare MIS reports, MIS PPT, Risk assessment and mitigation
Update Pert chart.
Responsible for reporting status of deliverable’s in line with approved pert chart.
Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
Support in preparation of Project Document (deliverables)
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on competitors.
Resource Planning for entire project activities
Support in identifying Cost Optimization, Value Engineering avenues
Supporting the Purchase/billing/cost booking/vendor payments/statutory compliances.
Link between PM, PL and Site manager.
