Senior Associate – College Operations, Student Success
Work Timings: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible shift when working out of Andheri)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays working)

About the Role:
As the Senior Associate – College Operations, Student Success at our designated partner colleges and Andheri campus, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing end -to -end academic delivery and operational excellence for undergraduate programs. This role involves managing stakeholder coordination, ensuring academic compliance, enhancing student satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency across batches. In addition to execution, you will provide oversight on batch performance, guide junior associates where applicable, and ensure adherence to institutional standards and processes. You will represent IIDE at partner colleges, collaborate with faculty and institutional stakeholders, and work with cross -functional teams to uphold high standards across program delivery and student experience.
What You’ll Do:
Academic Planning & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Oversee end -to -end academic and operational planning, ensuring timely achievement of milestones from onboarding to graduation.
- Own the complete student lifecycle, focusing on engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Drive batch -level CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to meet and exceed institutional benchmarks.
- Review academic calendars and delivery plans to ensure alignment with institutional and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with faculty -in -charge and academic teams to develop academic calendars, schedule sessions, allocate faculty, and engage external trainers when required.
- Coordinate with internal faculty, visiting trainers, and college SPOCs to ensure seamless academic delivery within approved budgets.
Operational Readiness & Academic Compliance:
- Ensure classrooms, LMS platforms, Zoom sessions, and digital tools are fully operational before each session.
- Supervise adherence to academic processes and intervene in case of deviations or escalations.
- Troubleshoot and escalate academic or technical issues to prevent disruptions.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, academic scores, and assessment data across internal and external evaluations.
- Coordinate examination logistics including paper collection, evaluation follow -ups, result collation, and timely release in alignment with institutional timelines.
- Conduct regular audits of academic records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Student Support & Experience:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student queries related to academics, scheduling, and general concerns.
- Provide guidance to associates (if applicable) in managing student communication and escalations.
- Conduct structured onboarding sessions and regular check -ins to ensure a seamless learning journey.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and feedback trends to address concerns proactively.
- Ensure 100% submission rate for CSAT and NPS feedback surveys through proactive communication and follow -ups.
Program Quality, Reporting & Industry Engagement:
- Track and report key performance indicators including attendance, academic outcomes, completion rates, and student satisfaction metrics.
- Present batch -level insights and performance summaries to reporting managers when required.
- Leverage data -driven insights to identify improvement areas and implement actionable enhancements.
- Work with faculty -in -charge to execute industry -aligned events such as masterclasses, super sessions, and workshops.
- Represent IIDE at academic fairs, college events, and institutional forums to strengthen partnerships and brand presence.
- Collaborate with college and industry stakeholders to enhance academic delivery and practical exposure.
Career Preparedness & Placement Support:
- Support internship and placement processes in collaboration with faculty -in -charge and placement partners.
- Guide students in résumé development, interview preparation, and career readiness initiatives.
- Coordinate communication between students, recruiters, and internal teams during the placement cycle.
- Monitor placement progress and proactively support efforts to achieve placement objectives.
Additional Duties:
- Take ownership of continuous process improvements within college operations.
- Support management in implementing new academic or operational initiatives across batches.
- Perform any other reasonable duties aligned with the broad scope of the position.
Who You Are:
Must -Have:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in academic coordination, student support, or academic operations, preferably within education or ed -tech.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across colleges, faculty, and students.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage batches while ensuring process adherence and quality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem -solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be currently residing in Mumbai.
Should Have:
- Proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and operational platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Experience in process optimization and driving operational efficiencies.
- Ability to work in high -pressure, fast -paced academic environments.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with undergraduate programs or university partnerships.
- Certifications or training related to education management, leadership, or process improvement.
- Experience in student mentorship, career guidance, or placement coordination.
