About the Role
As the Senior Associate – Program Management, Student Success (PG Programs), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of IIDE’s flagship 11 -month offline Postgraduate Program in Digital Marketing. This role involves managing end -to -end program operations, ensuring exceptional student experiences, driving student engagement and satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross -functional stakeholders, and contribute towards high retention, placement success, and overall program effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
â Program Oversight:
â Supervise the seamless delivery of the 11 -month PG Program, ensuring all milestones from onboarding to graduation are achieved with excellence.
â Own the end -to -end student lifecycle, focusing on student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
â Monitor and improve CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score), driving initiatives to maintain high benchmarks.
â Escalation & Issue Management:
â Manage and resolve student and trainer escalations effectively, ensuring timely issue resolution.
â Delegate and monitor daily team tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and program standards.
â Team Leadership:
â Mentor and work alongside a team of 3–5 professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
â Collaborate with academic teams to schedule trainers and efficiently manage faculty resources while adhering to budget requirements.
â Academic Event Management:
â Plan and oversee key program events, including orientation, project presentations, internships, co -curricular activities, and convocation.
â Maintain an optimal balance between internal and external faculty while ensuring quality delivery and cost efficiency.
â Process & Operational Efficiency:
â Define, streamline, and optimize workflows for effective program delivery and student outcomes.
â Utilize tools and systems, including ticketing software, to manage student queries and operational processes efficiently.
â Data -Driven Insights:
â Monitor key metrics such as attendance, assignment submissions, internship progress, placement data, and retention trends.
â Generate actionable insights and implement strategies to improve student success and overall program effectiveness.
â Industry Engagement:
â Reach out to industry professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn to arrange guest sessions and enrich the student learning experience.
â Provide continuous support to trainers by addressing course delivery -related queries.
â Career Development Assistance:
â Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
â Guide students toward achieving career aspirations by identifying their strengths and interests.
â Stakeholder Collaboration:
â Work closely with admissions, placements, academic leadership, and other cross -functional teams to optimize program outcomes.
â Partner with placement teams to drive high placement rates and positive student career outcomes.
â Additional Duties:
â Take on additional responsibilities within the broad scope of program management as directed by senior management.
â Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders to maintain high standards of student success and operational excellence.
â Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
Who You Are
â Must -Have:
â 4–6 years of professional experience in a student -facing role, preferably in education or EdTech.
â Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 3–5 members, with demonstrated success in achieving collective goals.
â Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with a proven ability to drive innovative solutions.
â Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
â Ability to thrive in high -pressure environments while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
â Should Have:
â Proficiency in using ticketing software and operational tools for effective query and process management.
â Experience in process optimization and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
â Nice to Have:
â Certifications or training in education management, leadership, or process improvement.
â Additional skills or experience that enhance program delivery and student success outcomes.
