As a Senior Associate - Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy (GS&R), you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, facilitate decision-making, and lead project work streams, enhancing your strategic acumen and contributing to the firm's thought leadership initiatives.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, provide consulting services across different strategic areas, and offer guidance to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Leading workstreams to align client strategies with business objectives and drive growth
- Conducting stakeholder analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to enhance client business performance
- Utilizing business process improvement techniques to streamline client operations
- Engaging in market research to provide insights and support strategic management initiatives
- Building and maintaining client relationships to facilitate effective strategy consulting
- Creating financial models to support strategic recommendations and business decisions
- Participating in business development activities to expand the firm's strategic consulting services
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School preferred
- Demonstrating proficiency in conducting primary and secondary research
- Analyzing large data sets to derive actionable insights
- Developing financial models to support strategic decisions
- Facilitating meetings to enable informed decision making
- Organizing and preparing recommendations for client challenges
- Participating in new business development and thought leadership activities
