Tax, Advisory and Audit services to US clients in an Offshore model.

Responsibilities:

·       Preparing federal income tax returns for
partnerships, corporations, and individuals, as well as all related workpapers.

·       Collaborating with the client's tax and finance
departments to obtain information for the preparation of tax returns.

·       Assisting the audit team with tax provision
evaluations and preparing income tax provisions in compliance with ASC740.

·      Researching federal tax law and preparing
technical documents as part of strategic tax planning.

·       Assisting with IRS audit defense, including
producing problem answers and IDR responses, as well as more formal appeals.

·       You will be a valuable member of the Business
Tax Services group as a Tax Associate, assisting with a variety of tax services
important to public and private enterprises, such as tax compliance, tax
planning, tax controversy, and tax research.

Requirements:

·       Experience: 2 -4 years.

·       Education Qualification: Graduate or MBA with Finance from a reputable
University.

Skill Set:

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·       Outstanding expertise in subject matter.

·       Good at articulation and data presentation.

·       Strong attention to detail with excellent
analytical skills.

·       Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

·       Knowledge on US tax accounting will be a plus.

·       Reporting and Documentation.

·       Knowledge on Microsoft Office products.

·       A strong interest in leveraging technology and
investigating new technological solutions.
