In a nutshell, the mission of the incoming resource will be to be a part of the Management MI team supporting Credit Risk Team in UK.
Are you ready to step up to the challenge?
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing periodic Credit MI and various other reports for Credit Risk in UK / Management / Bank of England.
- Responsible for preparing / review regular datatape for regulatory authority.
- Review of Credit Paper, Credit Committee Minute, Transaction Summary, Loan Agreements, Financial Covenants and various other credit related aspects and ad-hoc reporting. Check if deal is correctly classified.
- Maintaining various SOPs and stakeholder management.
- Need assurance of data accuracy in system, handle Internal/External queries.
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of Credit related experience
- Nice to have: Proficient MS Excel, PowerPoint knowledge, experience working with large sets of data and usage of AI (ChatGPT and others).
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and to pressing deadlines/SLAs.
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Our story
OakNorth Bank was built on the foundations of frustrations with old-school banking. In 2005, when our founders tried to get capital for their data analytics company, the computer said ‘no’. Unfortunately, all major banks in the UK were using the same computer – and it was broken.
