Senior Associate/Manager - Financial Advisory Services

• Create and review flexible,
  transparent financial models for periodic third-party valuations for
  alternative investment firms. This includes developing models from scratch and
  running sensitivities and scenarios.
  
• Take the lead in designing valuation
  approaches for new asset types and contribute to enhancing the firm’s valuations
  platform for private markets.
  
• Present
  the valuation outputs (either on Excel or set-up on Oxane’s valuation platform)
  to clients, investors and auditors on calls.
  
• Mentor junior team members, conduct
  technical training, and oversee smaller teams to ensure timely project
  completion.
  
• Provide support for asset management reporting,
  post-deal analysis and business planning and any ad-hoc analytics for portfolio
  monitoring, surveillance, and reporting.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting,
  Economics, or an MBA from an accredited institution, certifications like CFA,
  FRM, CAIA are a plus.
  
• Understanding
  of securitisations, prepayments, defaults, and various capital structures and
  payment waterfalls.
  
• Strong proficiency in financial
  modelling using MS Excel; python knowledge is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with valuations in
  private markets.
  
• Ability
  to work independently and manage smaller groups to ensure timely project
  completion.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
  skills.
  
• Strong
  written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
  assignments under pressure to meet deadlines.
