As a Senior Associate in Operations Transformation-Coupa, you will engage with clients across various industries to support their sourcing and procurement needs. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions in areas such as strategic supply management, procurement transformation, and process design. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies that drive efficiency and innovation.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge procurement platforms like Coupa, enhancing your skills as an implementer and administrator. Your experience with Procure-to-Pay systems and active Coupa platform certification will be invaluable as you support clients in optimizing their procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements across industry verticals with a focus on operations transformation
- Managing strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP design and supplier negotiations
- Implementing and administering Procure-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa, enhancing procurement processes
- Conducting spend analysis and category savings assessments to optimize procurement strategies
- Designing procurement operating models and transformation plans for client organizations
- Collaborating with clients to develop procurement diagnostics and modernization strategies
- Utilizing knowledge of eInvoicing and AP automation to streamline invoice processing and supplier networks
- Leading procurement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Monitoring contractual compliance and supplier relationship management to mitigate risks
- Analyzing supply chain data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Active Coupa platform certification
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms like SAP Ariba
- Understanding of fundamental P2P principles
- Experience with AP automation and eInvoicing
- Knowledge of eInvoicing submittals including EDI, CSV, XML
- Demonstrating analytical thinking in complex procurement scenarios
- Excelling in supplier relationship management and negotiation
