As a Senior Associate in Treasury Management System Implementation within our Finance Solutions practice, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations for our clients. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and provide guidance to optimize financial performance and decision-making. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the overall strategy and success of our clients.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored solutions to optimize financial performance
- Implementing treasury management systems to streamline financial operations and enhance controls
- Assessing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Designing and executing strategies for financial shared services and process automation
- Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and administration
- Utilizing financial data mining and forecasting techniques to inform strategic decision-making
- Conducting financial statement analysis and preparation to support client objectives
- Collaborating with teams to manage financial transactions and internal controls
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- End-to-end Treasury Management System implementation/reimplementation lifecycle support

- MBA in Finance from a premium B-School

- Qualified CA, Certified Public Accountant, ICWA, or CM
- Demonstrating proficiency in Financial System Administration and Financial Reporting
- Utilizing Financial Forecasting and Financial Modeling to drive insights
- Excelling in Budgetary Management and Planning Budgeting And Forecasting (PBF)
- Navigating complex financial operations with analytical thinking
