The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Workforce Consulting team you will deliver quality valuation services for defined benefit pension plans and post-employment benefit schemes. As a Senior Associate you will analyze demographic and financial assumptions, support liability measurement, and proactively identify key risks, while enhancing your consulting skills in a collaborative environment.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in handling Pension actuarial industry
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics
- Membership in IAI/IFoA/SOA actuarial societies while pursuing examinations actively
- Understanding actuarial valuations for US pension/OPEB plans
- Demonstrating business acumen in assessing actuarial impacts
- Analyzing demographic and financial assumptions effectively
- Utilizing pension tools like ProVal
- Applying analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Advanced Excel
- Exhibiting strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fostering innovative ways of working
