The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Rewards team you will play a key role in helping clients overcome their transformation challenges by developing their compensation strategies. As a Senior Associate you will be a subject matter authority in the Rewards domain, interpreting market and organizational data to assess the business impact of compensation decisions. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage with client leadership and translate workforce insights into actionable business recommendations while contributing to firm-building initiatives.

What You Must Have
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Rewards Specialized certifications preferred
- Excelling in compensation plan design and analysis
- Analyzing and benchmarking client data effectively
- Understanding business processes and their impact on people
- Demonstrating analytical and report-writing skills
- Managing tasks in fast-paced environments
- Utilizing analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBi
- Experience in Global Compensation/Total Rewards Management
