Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior
Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and
technology. The role involves understanding stakeholder requirements,
translating designs and business needs into clear functional specifications,
and working closely with development and QA teams to deliver effective
solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools in
day-to-day BA activities, analyzing data, supporting UAT, and managing
stakeholders independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and produce clear,
  concise business requirements, use cases, workflows, and functional
  specifications 
  

• Evaluate business processes and application systems to identify
  improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions 
  

• Translate design artifacts (Figma frames, mockups, prototypes) into
  structured requirements: BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, and
  process flows 
  

• Lead root cause analysis of production issues and perform gap
  analyses with actionable recommendations  
  

• Use AI tools actively across activities like first-pass
  wireframes, mockups, or diagrams documentation, synthesis, and
  analysis work accelerating stakeholder alignment — compose purposeful
  prompts, evaluate outputs critically, and ensure accuracy before
  anything reaches stakeholders 
  

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to
  ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements 
  

• Support UAT, training, and rollout activities; facilitate test
  analysis and sign-off 
  

• Monitor deliverables, manage priorities autonomously, and keep
  stakeholder communications current 
  

Required Skills &
Qualifications

• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Science 
  

• 4–6 years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst role 
  

• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories; ability to assess
  upstream and downstream impacts of system changes 
  

• Active, demonstrated use of AI tools as part of day-to-day BA work
  — with the ability to compose prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated
  output for accuracy and business fit 
  

• Ability to perform data analysis to support decision making,
  validate assumptions, and drive experimentation 
  

• Experience facilitating UAT and working in Agile/Kanban
  environments 
  

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical
  audiences 
  

• High autonomy; strong stakeholder management and facilitation
  skills 
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with team collaboration and visual tools such as MS
  Visio, Miro, or InVision 
  

• Exposure to the mortgage industry
