Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java or Python
  
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams
  
• Write clean code, unit tests, and participate in code reviews
  
• Work with frameworks like Spring, Django, Flask
  
• Use and validate AI tools/LLMs in development
  
  Requirements
  
• 5+ years of backend development experience
  
• Strong in Java or Python (willing to learn the other)
  
• Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, system design
  
• Experience with backend frameworks
  
• Strong problem -solving skills
  
• Knowledge of SDLC, APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred)

• Experience with AI assistants/LLMs
  
• Prompt writing, validation, and understanding limitations
  
  Soft Skills
  
• Good communication and documentation skills
  
• Team player, adaptable to fast -paced environment
