Role Overview:
PadCare Labs is building India’s category -defining circular -economy company in menstrual waste management. The Senior Brand Manager will own end -to -end brand building, strategic partnerships, communications, and brand performance management, working directly with the CEO to position PadCare as a credible, trusted category leader across enterprises, institutions, ESG, CSR, and sustainability ecosystems. This is a hands -on ownership role not a coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy, Planning & Governance
- Develop and execute annual and long -term brand plans aligned with business and growth priorities
- Define brand positioning, messaging framework, and communication architecture
- Translate insights (customers, partners, ecosystem) into strong value propositions and narratives
- Ensure brand consistency across website, content, sales collateral, PR, and events
Communications, PR & Content
- Lead integrated brand communications across digital, PR, events, and partnerships
- Own creative briefing and execution with agencies (PR, design, content)
- Build high -credibility brand assets: case studies, impact stories, POVs, whitepapers
- Support founder and leadership storytelling across external platforms
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships (corporates, ESG/CSR leaders, platforms, institutions)
- Build partnership frameworks that deliver brand credibility, influence, and business leverage
- Own partnership proposals, narratives, and collaboration plans
- Represent PadCare in ecosystem forums, alliances, and industry initiatives
Employer Branding & Talent Narrative
- Own PadCare’s employer brand narrative in partnership with HR and leadership
- Define why people should join PadCare and how that story shows up across careers pages, social media, content, and hiring campaigns
- Build credibility through team stories, culture -led content, and impact narratives
- Support leadership and hiring teams with employer brand assets and messaging
Brand Performance, Measurement & Insights
- Track and report brand health metrics: awareness, trust, recall, share of voice Monitor campaign performance, PR impact, content effectiveness, and event outcomes
- Conduct market, competitor, and ecosystem analysis to refine brand strategy
- Maintain dashboards and translate insights into clear action plans
Budget & Resource Management
- Own brand and partnerships budgets
- Allocate spends across brand campaigns, PR, content, partnerships, and events
- Track ROI, optimize spends, and ensure cost -effective execution
- Manage agency and vendor performance against outcomes
Cross -Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Growth, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams
- Align brand and partnerships with revenue, hiring, and credibility goals
- Support employer branding and hiring narratives where required
