Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the full lifecycle of luxury residential sales, from initial client engagement to final deal closure.
  
• Conduct comprehensive property presentations and facilitate exclusive site visits to showcase high-end residential projects.
  
• Utilize advanced negotiation tactics to secure favorable terms and maximize transaction values for both the firm and clients.
  
• Generate detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records within the CRM system to track pipeline progress and performance metrics.
  
• Provide expert consultation on the current trends, pricing, and investment potential of the Gurugram property market.
  
• Build and nurture a robust network of high-net-worth individuals and referral partners to sustain a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience specifically in luxury residential sales and real estate brokerage.
  
• In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of the Gurugram property market dynamics and client demographics.
  
• Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for lead tracking and sales reporting.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting persuasive property presentations and effective negotiation strategies.
  
• Strong background in managing end-to-end sales cycles within the residential sector.
