Job Description - Senior Business Analyst

Partner with business stakeholders across retail/e -commerce operations to identify key questions and data needs.

Design and execute complex data queries using SQL to extract and analyze data from various internal and external sources.

Develop clear and compelling reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI /Tableau to communicate data insights effectively.

Utilize basic Python scripting to automate data manipulation and analysis tasks for increased efficiency.

Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop data -driven recommendations to improve retail /e -commerce performance across areas like marketing, merchandising, and inventory management.

Collaborate with cross -functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.

Stay up -to -date on industry trends and best practices in retail analytics.

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within the retail/e -commerce industry.

Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced excel for data querying and manipulation.

Expertise in building and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau

Hold on to Statistical
techniques of data analysis, Experience in
A/B Testing, product Analytics

Working knowledge of Python for basic data manipulation and analysis tasks.

Excellent analytical thinking and problem -solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights for diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A passion for retail /e -commerce and a strong understanding of key retail /e -commerce metrics.

Experience collaborating with cross -functional teams.
